We all shall be ready for life changes to succeed with our goals in life. Without accepting life changes, we are also limiting self-growth.


About Us


We started TKMF, LLC in 2016 and provided clients with the best alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services. Over the years of service, we noticed that many conflicts and disputes begin with a clash of ideas and expectations. This year, we've launched our online learning academy to assist clients in understanding how they connect with others, with hopes of reducing escalation and regretful consequences. Our academy offers 138 self-paced soft skills courses. Each of these courses includes 12 modules and a certificate to recognize your completion. Participants who wish to enroll in our classes can subscribe to a program package or purchase the program of study individually. 


There are eight levels of subscriptions:

  • Bronze II for Workplace Essentials 

  • Silver I for Personal Development 

  • Silver II for Career Development

  • Gold I for Human Resources

  • Gold II for Supervisors and Managers

Karima Muhammad started mediation over twenty years ago due to community violence that also took many youth lives. Ms. Muhammad started attending a mediation training program at a community dispute resolution center and later volunteered within the magistrate court. 


When the Karima Mhammad Firm LLC started, Ms. Muhammad believed they could provide low-cost services to everyone in need. The Karima Muhammad Firm LLC works with clients from underserved communities looking for specialized assistance. Ms. Muhammad ensures her clients understand that her firm is not a law firm or attorneys and doesn't provide legal advice services. Although Ms. Muhammad is a skilled paralegal, she only provides paralegal services to licensed attorneys. 


All the services The Karima Muhammad Firm LLC provides are confidential. We care about the security of our clients. All the ADR cases we handle are confidential unless there are allegations of client abuse and threats unto themselves and others. Clients are required to sign a confidentiality agreement before mediation or conflict management services begin.


We encourage all of our clients to obtain legal advice from licensed attorneys, especially if they have legal questions. Now that we are experiencing the COVID-19 and its safety protocols, we are now offering our services online. Clients don't have to travel to reach us. Clients and TKMF, LLC members have access to our secure portals any time of the day or week.
